We are experienced designers and facilitators of Leadership Development programmes. We design pragmatic programmes that create the awareness of the role of the Leader in impacting the performance of their team and the Organisation. We teach Leaders how to lead their team through the Organisation’s people practices (performance management, talent management, values and competencies) always linking these to the Organisation’s strategic intent. We also focus on building the Leaders’ coaching skills through teaching our coaching model and practicing against customised Leadership simulations. We work with our clients to customise our framework and simulations to their specific needs.
