We are experienced users of the Lominger Limited Leadership Architect suite of tools. We use these tools to conduct Capability Analysis for our clients.

We interview the Senior Team to identify both the current Organisational capabilities and those required to deliver the Organisation’s strategic intent. We identify Mission Critical capabilities and translate these into priority competencies. We then work with our clients to build plans and implement changes that build capability in the priority areas.
