We are experienced users of the Lominger Limited Leadership Architect suite of tools. We use the competency sort cards and the Choices Architect to profile Individuals within Organisations to build success profiles. The information provided from these profiles can then be built into Organisational processes such as selection systems, individual development processes, training plans and succession planning.
